All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • EU countries
  • United Kingdom

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing time

Ready to go orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-To-Order orders are processed within 20-30 business days (approx 4-6 weeks) after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 3-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4-7 business days

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Lost or delayed shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Carrier disruptions beyond our control
